Photography is very important to give an accurate overview of the hospital in an honest yet positive way people pictures of both staff and patients. Initially we discuss this in detail with the client to find out what is possible: who and what we can and cannot photograph. We then work closely with a freelance photographer, briefing him on the sorts of shots we need and accompanying him on photo shoots. Sensitivity and flexibility are really important.

For the annual accounts, clear presentation of statistics is the main objective. This requires close attention to detail and typography. We have also produced one-off designs for the hospital, for example folders for the Audiology Department, and set up electronic templates to enable in-house production of simple letters and forms.
