We use our skills in copywriting, clear language, and typography to create support information for staff and other users who need to understand new software and/or complex procedures.
We are not a manuals factory. Our work mostly takes the form of advising clients and giving feedback from a user's point of view to improve existing documents. However, we do occasionally create user documentation for small organisations, or as an exemplar for large organisations.
