The Inclusive, Accessible, Archaeology (IAA) project addressed the dual issues of disability and transferable skills in the teaching of archaeological fieldwork. Its aim was to increase awareness of disability issues in Archaeology and improve the integration of disability in fieldwork teaching.
We worked on this project for about five months and produced a cohesive, easy-to-use suite of materials to promote the work of the IAA project. These included: a website and an online toolkit for the IAA project, as well as a DL booklet, an A4 booklet and an A0 poster.
Our clients told us: "We are absolutely delighted with your work on the inclusive archaeology project. We have received nothing but positive comments and want you all to know how pleased we are." [read the project report] [visit the IAA website]

We designed and built a new website for SkillsActive, the Sector Skills Council for the active leisure and learning industry.
SkillsActive wanted a site that was clean and modern, allowed interaction with their members, and was easy to update.
We built the site using the Plone content management system, customising it to allow easy publishing of new text and images, including latest news and events in special information panels.
We are also linking the site to their membership database, allowing people to join online, and making membership administration much easier for SkillsActive staff.
Work on the site is ongoing. [visit the SkillsActive website]

We have built four websites for ProForest (an independent company which offers a range of services related to the sustainable management and use of natural resources).
These include ProForest's own site, the Central Point of Expertise on Timber Procurement (CPET) site which offers expert advice on timber procurement to UK government departments and their suppliers, and the High Conservation Value Forest (HCVF) Resource Network site operated by ProForest on behalf of WWF.
For all the sites, we set up a straightforward system which allows site editors to easily edit and add content.
Work on the sites is ongoing.

We were asked to design an attractive, simple website for plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgeon Chris Khoo.
We aim to meet and exceed all relevant guidelines and regulations covering accessibility to websites, including WAI, Bobby, and Section 508.
As with all our sites, we used best practice web design and construction. Also, our client can edit and re-publish any of the site pages online using a straightforward editing system. [visit the Chris Khoo website]
